We collect the details you give us through the donation, volunteer, contact, and newsletter forms. That is your name, email address, and anything else you choose to write in the message field. We log the IP address attached to form submissions to limit abuse.

How we use it

To answer you, to process a gift, to assess a volunteer application, and to send the newsletter if you asked for it. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with advertisers.

How long we keep it

Donation records are kept for the period required by financial reporting rules. Contact messages are kept for two years. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

Write to the contact address to request a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion. We respond within 30 days.

Cookies

The site sets a session cookie needed for security and form submission. There is no advertising or third party tracking.
