Mentors who show up monthly, engineers who can teach, and professionals who will do one thing properly.
What the roles look like
Mentoring runs for the length of a scholar's degree and takes about two hours a month. Teaching on the computing track is paid at market rate, because volunteer teaching disappears the moment someone gets busy at work. Pro bono support covers legal, audit, design, and translation.
Applications are read by the program team and answered within a week, including the ones we turn down.
