Seed and Yield
Better genetics, better feed, and better records for smallholder livestock farmers, with the training that makes the inputs worth having.
Smallholder farmers lose most of their margin to poor breeding stock, poor feed formulation, and no records. Seed and Yield supplies improved genetics and feed support, then trains farmers on the record keeping that lets them see what is actually working.
This is the portfolio closest to the cofounder's own training in animal genetics, and it is run with the same discipline: measure the baseline, change one thing, measure again.
How it works
Farmers join in cohorts of 20. The foundation supplies inputs and extension support for 18 months and tracks yield, mortality, and income against a recorded baseline.

Registered smallholder farmers with existing stock and land access.

Full tuition, a laptop, a stipend, and a working mentor for students who earned their place and cannot afford to keep it.
Room to Learn
Assessments, classroom aides, assistive technology, and sensory adapted rooms for autistic and neurodivergent children whose families are waiting or paying out of pocket.
Girls Who Build
A two year computing track for secondary school girls, taught after school, ending in a portfolio and a paid internship.
