Ayomide Oribamise

Ayomide Oribamise serves on the board of the Oribamise Foundation, where he leads the operations portfolio and holds the foundation to the delivery timelines it publishes.

He is cofounder and chief operating officer of Kquika, an aviation artificial intelligence company in New York, where the work is to make technical capability usable inside regulated, safety-critical operations rather than only accurate on paper. He studied mechanical engineering in Belgorod, Russia, completed his degree at Kansas State University, and worked across robotics, automation, and cloud infrastructure before founding the company. He is completing the Johnson Cornell Tech MBA.

He took the seat because a foundation promising to release emergency money within 72 hours has made an operational commitment rather than a charitable one, and somebody has to own whether it holds. He also brought a question the board had not put to itself: how a young institution builds memory that outlasts the people currently running it. He reports each quarter on what the foundation delivered against what it said it would.
