Victor is cofounder of the Oribamise Foundation and serves on its board, where he leads the education and technology portfolio and chairs the investment committee.
He is the CEO of Kquika, an aviation artificial intelligence company based in New York whose Trakt system won the Aerospace Tech Review 2025 award for AI Visionary. He read Animal Sciences at Federal University Oye, took a masters in animal genetics at North Dakota State University, and worked as a data research analyst at Cornell University before building Kquika full time.
That path, from a genetics lab in Fargo to an aviation AI company in Queens, is the reason the foundation funds the way it does. It backs raw capability early, it pays for the boring things that unlock it, and it stays in touch long after the check clears.
